1. Eligibility:

   All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of AcadaMe GmbH and their relatives as well as all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.

1. Participation period:

   The sweepstakes begins on 07/27/2023 and ends on 08/11/2023 at 6:00 PM. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

1. Participation options:

   Participation in the competition takes place exclusively via the participation form on the page: https://acadame.de/kundenloyalitaet-gewinnspiel/. Each participant can only enter the competition once.

1. Advertising Consent:

   By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that his/her data may be used by the organizer for advertising purposes. You can revoke the consent at any time. To do so, simply send an email to info@acadame.de.

1. Winning mechanism:

   Winners will be selected at random and informed on 09.08.2023. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.

1. Profits:

   The 10 winners each receive 5 licenses of the online course “Customer Loyalty 4.0” incl. the associated learning transfer from AcadaMe. The licenses are redeemable through AcadaMe’s in-house LMS. It is not possible to integrate the licenses into another LMS using SCORM or other formats. A cash payment of the winnings or their exchange is not possible. Winnings are not transferable.

1. Validity of licenses / profits:

   The licenses are valid until 08.09.2023.

2. Liability:

   The organizer assumes no liability for the condition of the prizes and is not liable for any damages incurred in connection with the use of the prizes.

1. Winning Notification:

   Winners will be notified of their prize by phone or email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

1. Privacy:

   The personal data collected in the context of the competition will be used for the purpose of carrying out the competition.
